A valid card is required to secure your appointment date and time, it will not be charged unless you are unable to attend your appointment and haven't abided by the cancellation policy. 

We understand that life happens, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a partial charge of the service booked. Please reach out to us if you are unable to modify your appointment in time. 

This allows us to honour our time and make appointments available to other clients whenever possible.
