The Dad & Daughter Duo- Reiki, Reflexology & Acupressure

My name is Kristina and I'm a Registered Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge Region.  Reflexology and energy-work are in my blood.  My father was a Registered Reflexologist, an Acupuncturist and Certified in Therapeutic Touch.  After seeing first-hand how all these healing modalities helped with my own health challenges, I finally decided to follow my calling.

The journey that lead me to this moment was the difficulty I had getting pregnant with my first child.  I was diagnosed with PCOS, I lived with irregular cycles my whole life, and when it came time to start trying for a family, I was disappointed month after month.  I sought my father's guidance because, anytime I had gone months without a cycle, he'd give me a Reflexology session and within days, it would start.  He gave me weekly sessions for 2 months.  Both months I had 2 consistent cycles.  That November, I found out I was pregnant with my baby boy!

I've always known the profound impact that reflexology and light-work can have on the body, but it wasn't until I consistently sought its practice, that I realized I wanted to be a part of it.  I want to help people.  I want others to know that they deserve to rest and relax, and that calming the parasympathetic system and stimulating the correct pressure points is what allows our body to heal.

I started my career specializing in gertontology providing therapeutic programming to the elderly.  I later transitioned to assisting rehabilitation therapists in physical and occupational therapy.  I worked in a rehab hospital providing therapeutic intervention for various conditions.  As the years progressed my interest in holistic healing grew and I never looked back.

I've lead and taught numerous individuals in a variety of healing practices, but my proudest accomplishment is seeing my daughter follow in my footsteps.  In my early retirement, Kristina decided to open her own Wellness Practice,  watching her passion for helping others sparked my interest in doing it all again.  Now here I am, joining my daughter in assisting people on their healing journey.
